Haiti to relocate 400,000 homeless

The Haitian authorities are planning to relocate 400,000 people in ten tent cities outside Port-au-Prince, according to this BBC report. The report also estimates that there are 1.5 million people left homeless by the earthquake.

We continue to pray for the Haitian people, and I will post Council member Mighty Xee’s revised plans for a benefit for the Haitian people later this evening.
