A message from a friend

It’s been 34 years since I’ve seen my half-sister, but she’s been moved by word of our Walk for Peace, and we’re now back in touch. She just sent me the following anecdote, part of an article she’s written promoting peace and our walk, and I’d like to share it with you.

When Mother Teresa was asked why she was not participating in the anti-war movement she replied, “when you have a rally for Peace I will come”. She would definitely be in Woodstock for the walk.

I hope all of you are as moved by this as I was.
